Let's get to know each other
Our first meeting, which is free of charge, is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. You'll tell me about yourselves, your wishes and plans, and I'll give you an overview of myself and Anna Hild Weddings. I'll briefly explain the next steps and the services we offer. The meeting lasts approximately half an hour and takes place via video call.
Things are getting serious
After our meeting I’ll be sending you a proposal with my services and the corresponding prices. Of course you’ll have some time to think about what has been said, about the offer and if you’d like me to plan your wedding (partially or fully). If you decide to work with me (I’m going to be super happy) I’ll send you the contract and/or we meet for the contract signing. After signing the contract we’ll fix a date for our next meeting.
Planning meeting
In our initial consultation, we'll go into all the details so we can get started with the wedding planning. Therefore, I ask you to think about your must-haves and don'ts beforehand. How do you envision your wedding? Where would you (ideally) like it to take place? What's your style? And so on. Perhaps you already have a few favorite vendors in mind.
It's time for planning
According to your wishes, your personality and your style I’ll going to create a concept for your wedding, source and propose to you suitable wedding vendors and locations (which we are also going to visit if you like them) and do other to-dos. In your personal organisation board (link will be provided to you after signing the contract) you can keep track on every step of the planning process. Of course I’ll keep you updated (written or oral) about everything. In regular meetings we will talk about the planning progress and the next steps.
Final meeting
In our last meeting, which will take place approx.. 2-3 weeks before your big day, we’re going to talk through your wedding day, the script and discuss the last to-dos. If maid of honors, friends or family are involved on the wedding day, it would be helpful if they could join our last meeting as well (if not, that’s fine too).

Enjoy your day, enjoy your guests, the food, the drinks and celebrate your wedding day to the fullest. As your wedding day coordinator I’ll be there for you in every aspect, I will be receiving the vendors, coordinate the day and take care of your guests.
