In September 2024, I had the privilege of photographing a truly special wedding – a fusion of traditional depth and modern extravagance. The day began in the majestic St. Anton Castle Church , where the bride and groom exchanged vows in an emotional church ceremony. The light-filled church, the moving words, and the loving atmosphere made this moment a truly magical start to the day.

After the ceremony, the first highlight awaited the guests: a bright red London double-decker bus was ready to transport the wedding party in style from the church to the reception venue. This charming idea was not only practical but also elicited amazed looks, enthusiastic selfies, and plenty of London vibes right in the heart of Switzerland.

The subsequent celebration at Ballyhouse was as special as the couple themselves – modern, stylish, and full of attention to detail. The elegant venue, with its clean, urban look, provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable celebration. In the afternoon, guests enjoyed delicious appetizers, good conversation, and, of course, the stunning wedding cake , which was lovingly presented and ceremoniously cut as the centerpiece.

A true highlight of the evening was the impressive Champagne Tower , which not only made a visual statement but also officially opened the celebration – a sparkling moment that instantly created a cheerful atmosphere and a touch of Hollywood glamour. As the sun slowly set outside, dinner was served inside: a festive menu that delighted not only the palate but also the heart. Surrounded by warm candlelight, personal speeches, and loving decorations, an intimate yet festive atmosphere was created.

And then? The celebration began! The party at Ballyhouse was wild, exuberant, and full of energy – just like the bride and groom. Dancing continued late into the night, accompanied by a fantastic DJ, a great atmosphere, and many little surprises that made this day truly special.
